Greg has been a partner since the firms establishment in 2002. Greg has over 20 years in the profession and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1997.

Greg specialises in small to medium enterprise and self managed superannuation. He is a registered auditor of self managed superannuation funds.

In the summer months Greg is most likely found at the beach with his wife and three daughters. Greg has a long association with surf life saving. When it gets colder Greg will be seen at the Burleigh Bombers AFL club having three daughters trying their hand at girls AFL.

Greg is a current board member of Burleigh Mowbray Park Surf Life Saving Club. He also served as Treasurer of the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation for 3 years.

Steve has been partner since the firms establishment in 2002. He is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Steve specialises in small to medium business and self managed superannuation. He is also a registered auditor of self managed superannuation funds.

Away from the office Steve loves rugby league. He is a supporter of NRL team the Gold Coast Titans and local team the Burleigh Bears. On weekends Steve will most often be found with his wife Sarah cheering on his two daughters Macy & Ellie at Firth Park netball.



Steve is currently a member of the Management Committee of Burleigh Bears Leagues Club.

Margaret has been an Associate of the firm since establishment in 2002. She was a senior employee of the practice purchased by Greg and Steve to commence McCabe Weston Accountants.

Margaret has over 20 years' experience in public practice. She is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA). Margaret is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Margaret specialises in small to medium business tax compliance. She also spends a lot of her time assisting business clients with the preparation of management reports aimed at improving their bottom line.



Having two teenage sons, Margaret's leisure time in the past has been avid sports spectator and showing her support to local clubs and associations that her family has been involved with. Margaret is now looking forward to more relaxing weekends with her husband.

Shaun has been an Associate of McCabe Weston Accountants since 2013. He started with the firm as a graduate accountant in 2006. Shaun became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2015.

Shaun specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Funds. He also has a keen interest in managing the tax affairs of family business groups.



Shaun has recently become a father with the birth of his daughter in November 2017. Shaun and his wife Natalie have embraced parenthood and spend most of their time enjoying the new addition.

Carly became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2005 and has 17 years experience in public practice.

Carly enjoys working with a variety of small business clients and has a significant experience with superannuation and the management rights industry.



Carly really enjoys being an accountant but if she has to will occasionaly take time off to holiday at the beach or ski in Japan.

Tommy was employed at McCabe Weston Accountants in 2015. Tommy is currently studying at Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Major). He came to McCabe Weston Accountants with multiple years experience at a Brisbane Accounting firm.

Tommy keeps himself busy working on a broad range of clients. He has a keen interest in tax work for large family groups and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Tommy is also the internal IT guru at McCabe Weston Acccountants.



Tommy is very approachable and down to earth both in and out of work. On weekends Tommy always enjoys a nice bourbon with friends. Every Saturday morning you can find Tommy down cheering on his young nephew at his AFL games in Brisbane. When the weather is good Tommy will always get out and about either going to the beach or out on the boat fishing. On free nights Tommy also enjoys ice skating.

Donna was employed by McCabe Weston Accountants in 2016. She came to the firm having 25 years experience working in legal practices. Donna has sort a career change and is committed to a career in the accounting profession.

Donna's legal experience has proven valuable in transitioning to the accounting profession. Her background, together with further study in the accounting field has put her way ahead of the curve compared to others commencing a career in the profession.

Since joining McCabe Weston Accountants Donna has completed training to become a Xero Certified Advisor for Xero Accounting Software. She is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).



Donna loves spending her time with her husband and three adult children with Currumbin Beach being a family favourite spot.
